Placing an order for your Occasional Favours bomboniere is easy with our simple ordering system - just follow the steps below. If you would like to take advantage of our Bespoke Design Service, where your bomboniere can be tailor-made uniquely for you, then click here. Please note: our minimum order is 20 favours for weddings and 10 for christenings, First Holy Communion and anniversaries. |

| 1) | Choose your bomboniere or box and make a note of the code and any optional colours for nets, flowers etc. |
| 2) | Decide if you want personalised tickets for your favours. If you do, visit our Tickets page to choose your style by clicking here, then make a note of the ticket code. |
| 3) | Now you're ready to place your order. Simply follow the link underneath this list which will take you to our e-mail order form. Fill in all the relevant fields and click the “Send Order” button to submit your order. |
| 4) | There are two ways in which you
can pay: cheque or PayPal. Cheque: You will be sent by post two copies of an order confirmation form. After checking all the details are correct on the form, sign one copy where indicated and return it to us with your cheque, made payable to Occasional Favours, for the full value of the order. The amount will be clearly shown on the form, and will include all postage charges. PayPal: We accept most credit/debit cards* through PayPal, for which a 3% surcharge is applied. We will send you an e-mail containing your order confirmation form and a separate email with payment instructions (please note this is not an automated process and may take a day or so, especially at busy times). Please check that all the details are correct on the order confirmation form before making your payment, as completing the process will be deemed as acceptance of all details being correct. |
| 5) | Postage rates are currently £9.00 per order for the UK and orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery service for guaranteed next day delivery. Overseas customers will be contacted by e-mail with current postage rates. |
| 6) | Your order will arrive within a maximum of four weeks after receipt of your payment (in most cases it will be quicker than this) for UK orders, and six weeks for overseas orders. If you require your order quicker than this please telephone us on 07710 186523 and we will do our utmost to meet your requirements (this service is available to UK customers only and we would normally require PayPal payment for this). |
